I initially created this blog for accountability in my weight loss pursuits. The Mission: 184lbs to 125-135lbs by Dec. 2011. As with many of our personal goals, motivation has its highs and lows. So, where personal motivation waxes and wanes, accountability to my followers will step in and give me the push I need to keep going.
